Terms of Service

Last updated: May 19, 2026

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of ToroTrace, including our blockchain intelligence platform, wallet analytics systems, transaction monitoring tools, APIs, subscriptions, reports, and related services. By using ToroTrace, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Overview

ToroTrace provides analytical interpretations of public blockchain activity and XRP Ledger data. Features may include wallet scans, transaction analysis, behavioral intelligence, risk scoring, wallet fingerprinting, cluster analytics, relationship mapping, saved scans, monitoring systems, exports, APIs, and enterprise analytics infrastructure.

2. Informational Use Only

ToroTrace is provided solely for informational, monitoring, analytical, intelligence, and research purposes.

ToroTrace does not provide financial, investment, legal, compliance, tax, accounting, law enforcement, sanctions, or regulatory advice.

3. No Ownership Identification

Wallet classifications, behavioral signals, cluster intelligence, exchange indicators, routing indicators, labels, scores, summaries, and related analytics are heuristic estimates based on public blockchain activity and internal analytical systems.

ToroTrace does not guarantee the identity, ownership, affiliation, intent, purpose, or legal status of any wallet, transaction, entity, cluster, or blockchain participant.

4. User Responsibilities

By using ToroTrace, you agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful purposes.
  • Misrepresent analytics as definitive proof of criminal activity, wallet ownership, or entity affiliation.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, dox, target, or intimidate individuals using blockchain analytics.
  • Attempt to bypass subscription controls, rate limits, APIs, monitoring systems, or platform security protections.
  • Scrape, reproduce, redistribute, resell, mirror, or commercially exploit platform data without authorization.
  • Interfere with platform operation, infrastructure, availability, or security.

5. Accounts & Credentials

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, API keys, authentication tokens, and related access systems.

Users are responsible for all activity performed using their accounts and must immediately report suspected unauthorized access or security issues.

6. Subscriptions & Billing

Certain platform functionality may require a paid subscription. Billing may be processed through third-party providers such as Stripe.

Subscription pricing, scan limits, feature availability, API access, enterprise tools, and platform functionality may change over time. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

7. Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or specifically approved by ToroTrace in its discretion.

8. API & Enterprise Usage

APIs, automation systems, enterprise infrastructure, exports, monitoring systems, bulk scanning, commercial usage, and integrations may be subject to additional terms, approval requirements, monitoring systems, usage limits, and rate restrictions.

9. Accuracy & Availability

Blockchain analytics are inherently probabilistic and may be incomplete, delayed, inaccurate, inconsistent, unavailable, or misleading.

Public blockchain data may be affected by node availability, indexing delays, API limitations, missing records, heuristic interpretation errors, false positives, false negatives, or infrastructure outages.

ToroTrace does not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, or continuously available service.

10. No Professional Advice

Users must not rely solely upon ToroTrace for trading decisions, enforcement actions, investigations, compliance determinations, wallet freezes, sanctions reporting, accusations, financial decisions, or legal conclusions.

11. Intellectual Property

ToroTrace, including software, branding, interfaces, analytics systems, graphing systems, exports, reports, APIs, designs, infrastructure, content, and underlying analytical methodologies, is protected by intellectual property laws and may not be copied or exploited without authorization.

12. Third-Party Logos & Trademarks

ToroTrace may display third-party names, logos, trademarks, service marks, or brand identifiers solely to identify public blockchain entities, institutions, exchanges, issuers, infrastructure providers, or other participants referenced by ToroTrace intelligence.

All third-party names, logos, trademarks, and service marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on ToroTrace is for informational and identification purposes only and does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, authorization, or affiliation.

ToroTrace does not claim ownership of third-party logos or trademarks and may remove, replace, or modify displayed brand identifiers at any time.

13. Saved Scans & User Content

If users save scans, notes, exports, reports, labels, watchlists, or related content, ToroTrace may store and process that content as necessary to provide platform functionality.

Users remain responsible for ensuring their use of saved blockchain analytics complies with applicable laws and regulations.

14. Suspension & Termination

ToroTrace may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if users violate these Terms, misuse analytics, create operational or legal risk, engage in abusive activity, fail to pay fees, or attempt unauthorized access to infrastructure or subscription systems.

15. Third-Party Services

ToroTrace may rely on third-party providers for blockchain indexing, hosting, cloud services, authentication, payments, monitoring, infrastructure, analytics, security, and API access.

ToroTrace is not responsible for outages, inaccuracies, downtime, security incidents, or operational failures caused by third-party providers.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

ToroTrace is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.

ToroTrace disclaims warranties relating to merchantability, availability, uptime, accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, security, non-infringement, or operational continuity.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToroTrace shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including losses relating to:

  • Trading activity or investment losses
  • Wallet attribution errors or behavioral misclassification
  • Compliance decisions or enforcement actions
