Last updated: May 19, 2026
ToroTrace respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, process, and protect information when you use our blockchain intelligence platform, wallet analytics systems, subscription services, APIs, and related infrastructure.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information such as email address, authentication details, subscription status, account preferences, and login activity.
- Wallet scan data including public blockchain wallet addresses, transaction summaries, behavioral analytics, cluster signals, graph intelligence, and saved scan history.

2. Wallet Address Data
Wallet addresses and blockchain transaction data are generally public on blockchain networks. However, if scans are saved to an account or associated with user activity, those scans may become linked to use of the ToroTrace platform.
ToroTrace does not claim to identify the real-world owner of any wallet address unless that information is independently and lawfully available through verified public sources.

- Manage promotional systems, referrals, redemption activity, entitlements, and account access controls.
4. Payments
Payments are processed through Stripe. Stripe may collect payment information, billing details, device information, IP addresses, and transaction metadata according to its own privacy practices.
Stripe states that it processes information for payment processing, fraud prevention, compliance, operational security, and service delivery purposes.
5. Cookies & Analytics
ToroTrace may use cookies, local storage, session storage, authentication tokens, and similar technologies for security, analytics, login persistence, preferences, API access management, subscription functionality, and operational stability.
Users may manage cookies through browser settings, although disabling certain technologies may impact functionality and account access.
6. Account Security & API Access
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and API keys.
API keys may provide access to analytics, subscription-linked functionality, saved scans, exports, and future enterprise infrastructure. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported immediately.

10. Security
ToroTrace uses reasonable technical, administrative, and organizational safeguards to help protect information from unauthorized access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no internet-connected service, cloud environment, blockchain platform, or digital infrastructure can guarantee absolute security. Users remain responsible for maintaining secure devices, passwords, authentication methods, and network environments.
